高小云，上海藝術家，1977 年生於中國陝西，畢業於中國美術學院油畫專業。於上海創辦了《高小云文化》, 曾創作多個系列作品，深 在榮獲國際藝術家大獎賽的入圍與韓國 IHO 插畫獎的金牌的殊榮肯定後，新銳藝術家帶著更洗鍊的新系列作品再度挺進台北新藝博會。
受國內外藏家喜愛、收藏。《水鄉》系列作品是我的一個夢，每一個夢，都在主動與被動，必然與偶然之間搖擺，渾如紅與綠兩種看似 尋找生命中靈魂共振點，如同自由與維度是一虛一實的組合，藝術家將獨有的思維詮釋視覺化的過程一般，將動物比喻成精神意識型態
