Zhang Baihai was born in Inner Mongolia in 1976, member of Inner Mongolia Artists Association and executive chairman of Genhe
Artists Association The first prize of Hulunbeier's painting exhibition, "The Mountain of Zhani River". In 2013, Anglin's Road won the
first prize in the first watercolor painting exhibition in Hulunbeier. In 2013, "The Sixth of the 52nd North Latitude" won the first prize
in the Silver Hulunbeier Painting Exhibition.
張佰海，1976 年出生內蒙古，內蒙古美協會員，根河市美協執行主席 .《扎泥河的山》呼倫貝爾寫生展一等獎。2008 年《北方之二》
首屆內蒙古自治區小幅油畫作品展優秀作品獎。2013 年《安格林的路》獲呼倫貝爾首屆水彩粉畫展一等獎。2013 年《北緯 52 度之六》
獲銀色呼倫貝爾畫展一等獎。
