Liu Bowen, born in Liaoning in 1955, graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, is an oil painter and a member of Liaoning Artists
Association. "Military and Civil Protection of Frontier" and "Fish and Water" won the first and second prizes of the Inner Mongolia
Military Region Art Exhibition; "The First Scatter of Smoke" won the excellent work award of Liaoning Provincial Art Exhibition on the
65th anniversary of the founding of the army.
劉博文，1955 年出生遼寧，畢業於魯迅美術學院，油畫家，遼寧省美術家協會會員 。《軍民保邊疆》、《魚水情》獲內蒙古軍區美術
展覽一等獎和二等獎；《硝煙初散》獲得建軍六十五週年遼寧省美展優秀作品獎 。《雷鋒叔叔在身邊》獲全國大獎賽三等獎。《七九河
開》獲全國油畫作品優秀獎。
