Lin Xuewei, born in Harbin in 1962, graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1984, majoring
in oil painting. Served as the dean, professor, master tutor, and subject leader of the Art College of Harbin University of Science and
Technology; visiting professor of Xu Beihong Art College of Shanghai Maritime University; invited expert of China Digital Art Design
Engineer Professional Technical Qualification Expert Committee; Chairman of Harbin Young Artists Association for first three terms.
林學偉，1962 年生於哈爾濱市，1984 年畢業於魯迅美術學院油畫系油畫專業。2022 年退休，曾任哈爾濱理工大學藝術學院院長、教授、
碩士研究生導師、學科帶頭人；上海海事大學徐悲鴻藝術學院客座教授；中國數字藝術設計工程師專業技術資格認證專家委員會特邀專家；
黑龍江省工業設計協會副會長；黑龍江省美術家協會理事；首屆哈爾濱市青年美術家協會主席並連任三屆。
