Monge's most characteristic work is urban landscapes. His paintings are a reflection of the beauty that exists in everyday things and to
which we pass without stopping in our day to day. His work is warm, full of life and spontaneous. The technique is extraordinary, and
elaborate; as well as the composition that far from looking like inexpressive architectural plans, shows the city as seen by the human
eye.
Monge 最具特色的作品是城市景觀。他的畫作反映出尋常生活中的美麗，而那種美麗往往被我們匆忙的步調所忽略。他不以人物為主角，
但也不漠視他們。其作品是溫暖的、充滿生命力與自然而然的。畫工非常精細、非比尋常，構圖之優美亦遠非庸俗的建築平面圖所能比
擬，他將人們雙眼所見的城市之美描繪出來。
