蔡梅之，1973 年出生於黑龍江省 , 成長於大連，1995 年畢業於大連大學美術系，北京油畫學會會員，加拿大油畫學會會員，中國當代 Chang Tiezhong, born in Jilin in 1947, studied at Jilin Art Institute. He is a member of Jilin Artists Association and Calligraphy
