Liu Wei Tsen was born in Taoyuan in 1980, graduated with a master's degree from the Institute of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the
Arts. He is good at painting the reflection of plants, and delicate changes in light and shadow. From Liu's art world, viewers can find

shadow.
